Very quiet for a Friday night but I believe it may have recently changed hands and still building its reputation
Down side - slightly clueless barman and not very clear instructions about ordering.
Good choice on the specials boards but main menu appeared a bit dated with pictures of the dishes which I personally feel is unnecessary and in fact can lead to disappointment if the actual dish does not match the picture.
The food however was good and the service was quick with a friendly waiter who answered our many questions about the dishes.
Local seafood and meat were on the menu along with some lovely bread from the local bakery
2 starters, 4 mains and 2 rounds of drinks - £70
