TK Team Rider Owain, spent the day in the kite zone at West Sands, St Andrews with a BBC Scotland film crew.
The filming was for a documentary which will be aired later this year.
They had a great day with some crazy winds! Gusts of 30mph rolled through at times which meant the PKD 0.7m Buster was the kite of choice! That is one super fast kite but provided a perfect example of how powerful the wind can be when harnessed.
The documentary will be all about alternative power sources and today's filming was a visual aid to show the power of the wind.
After a couple of hours of kite flying, Owain rigged up the 3m sail for one of the X-Sails and Hayley (the presenter) went screaming around the beach.
A fantastic day and a great crew to work with.
