Hi Guys

Just thought I'd drop a wee message to say Hi, i know I've been missing for a long long time, but I am still alive and if I could stop having such an active social life then maybe i'd be in a fitter position to actually come out and play.

Noticing that that the good weather is back with us for a short time, if anyone is out and about, feel free to kick me up the arse and drag me to the vicky

and Matt, no comment on the size of my arse

hi chrissy,im usually down at the viccy as long as theres enough wind,i just need to walk from cliffburn rd and im there,might see you down there some times,i got a 3m radsail pro,yellow white and black. im usually at the far end either side of the road comin down from seaton farm
